After a number of successful ad hoc studies we have now launched a predictive modelling package. Central to this is the provision of simulator models, a commercially powerful forecasting tool which enables our clients to manipulate data and assess the likely impact on consumer behaviour of all potential product/price permutations, such as trading up/trading down, conversion and attrition.
