Jess joined Gusto in 2019 with almost 10 years’ experience. Working both agency and client side, Jess has experience within customer insights and market research teams and has worked across a number of sectors including FMCG, retail, travel and financial services.

Jess especially enjoys working very closely with clients and has a special interest in customer closeness methodologies to really embed the customer into the heart of decision making.
