Julie is a qualitative senior researcher with 12 years’ experience. She has worked across a number of sectors including retail, financial services, media and FMCG. She has experience of speaking to both consumer and B2B audiences, and is particularly interested in children and youth research.
Julie has most recently been involved in research projects focusing on customer experience, proposition development and branding. She is particularly strong at employing innovative qualitative methodologies and helping clients tailor and align their propositions to meet the needs of different customers and user groups.
She is keen to engage and immerse clients in the research process and outputs, helping to put the customer at the heart of their business and strategy.
