Sara is a qualitative researcher with 10 years’ experience and specialises in a range of sectors including retail, financial services and FMCG. Her skillset lies within proposition development and concept testing, brand development studies and customer journeys.

She is particularly interested in ethnographic approaches, consumer panels and new and innovative methodologies. Sara works to build long lasting relationships with clients, with a particular focus on new business development.
