Scott has been part of the Gusto Research team since 2008 and client satisfaction is a top priority for him. Ensuring that a project fully meets a client’s needs and allows them to make decisions based on what customer and consumer insights reveal is key to this, giving clients confidence in the actions recommended at the end of a project.
Whilst he focuses primarily on using qualitative methodologies, Scott is also skilled in quantitative approaches, adopting either based on a project’s needs. This gives Scott an edge at successfully delivering dual-approach projects. His 12 year research career has seen him build much experience, particularly in the financial sector, which can really help clients through all project stages from initial conversation to debrief.
