Jess Allerton has joined Gusto with almost 10 years’ experience, working both agency and client side. Jess has worked across a number of sectors including FMCG, travel and financial services, but brings with her significant experience within retail, having worked at ASDA head office in the insight team for 6 years.
Focusing on qualitative research, Jess has a special interest in customer closeness methodologies and focussing on special audiences such as exploring vulnerability.
