Earlier in 2020 we undertook a self-funded study into the topical issue of Transient Vulnerability. Soon after, Covid-19 hit the World and we realised how vulnerability would become increasingly widespread! After listening to requests from clients in the financial services sector we knew we needed to undertake a follow up study.

This new study conducted in Autumn 2020 provides contemporary insights into how Covid-19 has impacted on UK consumers and takes into account how the world has changed both in the short and longer terms and how consumers now feel as we head towards an uncertain festive season and unknown 2021.
