With over 20 years of qualitative research experience, Naomi brings a deep enthusiasm for understanding consumers, uncovering behavioural patterns, and translating insights into strategic business recommendations.

She has particular expertise in the financial services sector, where she combines her deep curiosity about customer needs with a drive to support clients in areas such as new product development, service delivery, customer experience, communications evaluation, and journey mapping.

In addition to her financial services expertise, Naomi has worked across a wide range of sectors, including retail, FMCG, media, and advertising, bringing a well-rounded and insightful approach to every project.
